Refund / Returns Policy

Here at Zensation, we work very hard to ensure all our products reach you quickly and in an excellent and as new condition. However, we understand that sometimes you can change your mind and, as such, offer you a 7 day money back guarantee on all your purchases.

To qualify for this guarantee you must follow these simple steps:

  1. You must inform us via email ( that you intend to return your purchases within 2 days of receiving them. Zensation will then be able to confirm your intentions via email and will issue you with a “Returns Code”. Any and all goods returned to us without a “Returns Code” will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
  2. You must then act quickly and ensure that your returns reach us within 7 working days from the time you receive your “Returns Code”. Furthermore, the goods must be in their original packaging and as new. Silver 925 Jewellery must be returned in it's original sealed bag, still sealed. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept it for refund. Zensation reserves the right to refuse your returned items if received outside of this 7 working days period or if they are not in the original packaging or not as new. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  3. Once we have received the returned products and have inspected them and are satisfied that they have been returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, Zensation will exchange the items, credit your account, or give you a full refund. 

Importantly however, you will be responsible for all the postage costs involved in returning the items to us. Please note that the original shipping charges to you are non-refundable.


Damaged or incorrect products

If, in the unlikely event, that you have to return your purchases to us because Zensation has sent you the wrong item or if you have received it in a damaged condition, please follow the same procedure above - but inform us by email that the item is damaged.

The cost of your return postage will also be refunded. Please ask the post office for a proof of postage certificate to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs, and keep for your records. 

All  returns must be made using the Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Options. Any items returned to Zensation not using these services will not be reimbursed (i.e. if you are returning an item via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel Force or any other courier, you will not be eligible for a return cost refund.)
